Logging In to BCIT Tools and Systems (Students)

You need your BCIT login credentials to log in to all BCIT systems.

Note: This article is for BCIT students. If you are a BCIT employee, please see theĀ faculty & staff login article.

Login change, July 5, 2021

BCIT has changed the way you login to BCIT systems. This change will enable BCIT to access new cloud-based software in the future.

Starting July 5, 2021, for most systems, use your myBCIT email address instead of your BCIT ID. Your password will not have changed.

Note re: first login

If you have never logged in before, your BCIT password will be the default:

  • Default BCIT password is your date of birth – year, month and day (YYMMDD)
  • Alternate default BCIT password is the last 6 digits of your BCIT ID

For best security, change your password. Don’t keep using the default.
