OneDrive has replaced ShareFile as of June 6, 2022

BCIT has moved file storage for all BCIT faculty, staff, and students to OneDrive, a cloud-based file storage service from Microsoft. OneDrive replaced our previous solution, ShareFile. Read the announcement on the IT Services website or refer to the transition FAQ KB article for more information.

About the ITS Knowledge Base

The ITS Knowledge Base is where BCIT IT Services keeps help and how-to documentation for our supported technologies.

To access further support, there are several options:

  • Use the IT Service Catalogue┬áto submit a request for assistance through online forms.
  • Call 604-412-7444 (option #1 for general IT help, option #2 for The Learning Hub support, option #3 for audio-visual support)
  • Send an email to itshelp@bcit.ca, making sure to include your BCIT ID (A0…) in your request

Hours of operation vary throughout the year and between support teams.
