Navigating Through PeopleAdmin as a Selection Committee Member

If you have been added as a Selection Committee Member for a posting and it is now open for accepting applications, you will receive an email notification containing:

• Posting Job Title
• Posting Number
• Login Link to PeopleAdmin
• Confidentiality and Privacy Information for Selection Committee Members
• Links: Training Guide, Selection Committee Code of Conduct, Authorization to Contact References, and A Guide to Screening and Selection in Employment

On the posting close date, you will receive an email notification as a reminder to review all applicants for the assigned posting.

Once you have logged into PeopleAdmin, choose Search Committee Member from the User Group drop down menu. To view the posting(s) you have been assigned to, select Postings on the main menu bar and choose the employee group associated with the posting.

After selecting an employee group, you will be redirected to a search menu to view the postings that have been assigned to you within this group. If you have multiple postings, you may narrow your search results by using the Posting Number included in your email notification or filter using the More Search Options tab.

To review the applicants on a posting, click on the Position Title or click on the drop down menu to the right of the posting, and select View Applicants.

You should be defaulted into the Applicants tab to view the list of applicants submitted for this posting. To view applicant details and their associated documents (such as their Resume and/or Cover Letter), click on the applicants name or click on the drop down menu to the right of the applicant and select View Application.

In the Applicants tab of the posting, check the boxes to the left of the Applicants (select one or all).

Click on the orange  button and scroll down to select:

1. Download Application as PDF – This will provide a continuous print of all selected applicants checked within that page of applicants.
   • A box will pop up where you will select the document type(s) to print, and then press Submit.
     
2. Create Document PDF per Applicant – This will provide a separated print out of each applicant.
