Replacement Schedule Delays
Due to on-going world events, we are experiencing shipping delays which are affecting our replacement schedules. All replacement schedules are delayed. As stock becomes available we will notify those eligible for replacement.
Admin Desktop computers are no longer eligible for replacement through the Replacement Program.
If you would like your desktop to be upgraded to a laptop your department will need to fund the purchase of a replacement laptop. Please see the current laptop technical specifications to review our current Laptop standards.
- Current laptop is not a spare that sits in a drawer/cabinet most of the time.
- Current laptop is a primary device. i.e. It is your only BCIT Computing device.
Submit hardware inventory changes by requesting a computer reassignment. It helps ensure we don’t miss your device and that we contact the right people for replacement.
