The purpose of this article is to function as a portal for clients to find and utilize the various software guides that contain step by step instructions on installing and configuring the software they may need. This will best be done by leveraging the Knowledge Base articles to instruct and inform clients on how to set up the software themselves.
NOTE: The client must have recently received a BCIT-issued Windows laptop, and ITS has completed the initial login, Outlook and Wifi configuration. The below article links will walk you (the client) through the process of installing and configuring the various software you may need.
