Accessing OneDrive Online or on your Mobile Device

Using OneDrive via web browser is a convenient and powerful way to store and access your files online. You can enjoy the benefits of cloud storage and online collaboration without installing any software on your device.

In your browser:

1. Go to onedrive.bcit.ca.
2. Sign in with your usual BCIT login credentials (primary BCIT email address and password).
   

On your OneDrive home page access My Files or click on Add New to create a folder or upload files or folders.

To use the OneDrive iOS app, on your device:

1. Go to the App Store and download the Microsoft OneDrive app.
2. Open the App and, when prompted, enter your primary BCIT email address, then tap the blue arrow button.
   • Note: If you have already installed the Outlook app and are currently logged in there, you may be taken directly to your files without being asked to sign in.
3. You will be directed to BCIT-branded login page with your email address filled in. Enter your usual password and tap the Sign In button.
4. You may be prompted to choose whether Enable Notifications.

You should now be able to access your BCIT files and folders and, if desired, share them with others.
