OneDrive is a service provided to students to store their files while attending BCIT. Storage is provided by Microsoft and licensed for student use with a Microsoft 365 license. Under normal circumstances, students are provided with a Microsoft 365 license approximately 14 days prior to their first class and retain that license until approximately 14 days after their final course end date. Once a license is removed your OneDrive becomes in-accessible and you are prevented from logging in to any Microsoft 365 resources. Please ensure that you backup all your files prior to the end date of your courses. If you have a lot of files, this can be a time-consuming process so plan to complete this before your license expires.
