Report the problem in person to the IT Service Desk at SE12–205. Be sure to include the lab number (e.g. SE6–107) – and station number if a specific machine is involved (e.g. SE12L0321-04)
Call the Technology Service Desk at 604-412-7444, option 1. Explain the problem, giving complete details as listed above.
If you are taking a Flexible Learning course, ask your instructor to call a student proctor to assist you. Specify the lab number, station number, your name, and a brief description of the problem.
Instructions are on the equipment at the instructor station in each lab. If the instructions are missing, use the online report an Issue form to let us know. Please see the Audio Visual department located in SE12–104 or call the Technology Service Desk at 604-412-7444, option 3 for all AV-related questions.
The primary reason you should log out is security. If you walk away from a logged in computer, other users could potentially access your OneDrive and other logged in accounts on the computer.
