Syncing BCIT-Issued Mobile Devices

BCIT-issued Mobile Device settings are managed for BCIT by VOX Mobile. The below instructions outline how to ensure your device is set up for VOX Mobile to manage the device. If you experience any issues with the below instructions please contact VOX mobile using the contact information provided in the mobile device onboarding email, and request assistance with connecting your BCIT-issued device to the Hub application in order to sync device policies.

On your BCIT-Issued iPhone:

Open the Intelligent Hub application.
Enter your primary BCIT email address and your regular BCIT password and tap Sign In.
In the bottom right corner tap Support.
Tap the device you are using; the name of this device will have (Current) listed at the end of the name.
Under Device Info section, tap Sync Device.
Under Device Status section, ensure that the sections read as follows:
- Enrollment – Enrolled
- Compliance – Compliant
- Network – Connected
Close the Hub application.

On your BCIT-Issued Android phone:

Open the Intelligent Hub application.
Enter your primary BCIT email address and your regular BCIT password and tap Sign In.
In the bottom right corner tap Support.
Tap the device you are using; the name of this device will have Current in light grey font next to the device.
Under Device Info section, tap Sync Device.
Under Device Status section, ensure that the sections read as follows:
1. Enrollment – Enrolled
2. Compliance – Compliant
Close the Hub application.
