You spent time planning and creating useful content so you’ll want to make sure it remains accurate and helpful for your audience. Keep your content current: review it regularly, and take steps to improve it.
How to meet this principle
- Set a regular review cycle for content. Every nine months to one year is recommended.
- Work with your Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review content for accuracy and updates
 - Ask your Editor or Publisher to review for accuracy, style, quality, and compliance to BCIT Web Standards.
 - Divide the content review process within your team to make it easier to complete a review cycle.
 - Correctly delete content that is no longer needed.

 - Use the Checkbot report to identify and fix broken links regularly.
 - Consider doing an audit of your pages for reading level and accessibility.
 - Use a Google Analytics Dashboard to gauge site and page performance.
 - Sign up for training or take a refresher.
- WordPress Editor Training sessions are available throughout the year. Find an upcoming session in SharePoint.
