Viewing an Email in Cherwell

1. From the Incident or Case view, select the Journals tab.
2. Select the email you want to view from the list of journals. The email will appear for you to view on the right-hand side.

NOTE:

• To make the email easier to read, you can click on the “A” button, which will zoom the email box.
• The email may appear in a different location depending on which view you have selected.
  

1. Select the Journals tab.
2. Select the email you want to view from the list of journals.
3. Click the Email button.
4. The original email will be displayed without any formatting being stripped out.
