NetSupport School (NSS) is a classroom management tool utilized by some BCIT courses that brings online teaching capabilities into controlled physical computer lab environments. As a classroom management tool, NetSupport School does not apply to online courses. When transitioning a course to online delivery, the functionality found in NetSupport School may be achieved by utilizing existing BCIT tools.
